FAIR TABLE CHECKS

How We Keep the Tables Fair

The live blackjack stream is a real table with a real shoe, so what you watch is the deal, not something generated on our side. On RNG tables such as Blackjack Flip, the shuffle comes from the studio's own random number generator. Every hand you play is stamped into your account history with a round ID, which is the record we work from when a settlement is questioned.

Dealt in studio

Live blackjack is streamed from a studio table with a physical shoe. What you see is the deal itself, which is why the cards on screen match the round record.

RTP on the card

We show an RTP figure only where the studio exposes one, table by table. No averaged number goes on the room page — if the card stays silent, the provider has not shared it.

Round history

Every hand lands in your account history with a round ID, stake and result. That entry is the first thing we check if you ever question a settlement.

Wallet trail

Wallet entries carry a reference for each bKash, Nagad or Rocket payment, so a chip purchase that goes missing can be traced back to the transfer itself.

Inside the k7777ai Blackjack Room

Blackjack Topplay is the room where every blackjack table we carry sits side by side. Live seats are dealt by Evolution on real tables, so the shoe, the shuffle and the dealer are on camera in the same browser tab you logged in from. Alongside them you get RNG versions such as Blackjack Flip and Classic Blackjack for quick rounds while a

cricket match runs on the sportsbook tab. Each table card shows the stake range, the side-bet options and the RTP figure only where the studio exposes one. Open a card, read the rules panel, then take a seat — no download, no separate app.

TABLE HELP DESK

Help While You Sit at a Table

Blackjack turns on small decisions, so our help paths stay close to the table itself. Every table card has a rules tab, and support chat sits inside your account menu if a bet is rejected or a hand settles in a way you did not expect. Keep the round ID from your history screen handy — it is the fastest route for us to trace one hand on a busy table.

Team online

Rules before chips

Open any table and the rules tab lists the dealer rule, doubling and split allowances for that table before you place a chip. Reading it takes about a minute.

Reconnect mid-hand

If the stream drops, reopen the table. The round settles from the server record rather than your screen, so the hand finishes properly while you were away.

Chips not showing

Paid by bKash, Nagad or Rocket but your chips are missing? Open wallet history, copy the transfer reference, then send it through support chat in your account menu.

Hand Terms in Plain Words

Blackjack has its own shorthand and the dealer chat moves fast, so we keep a plain wording of the basics for anyone opening a table for the first time. These are the words you will see on our table cards and rules panels, explained the way our own team says them at the desk.

01
What is a soft hand in blackjack?

A hand holding an ace counted as 11 without busting. That ace can drop to 1 later, so a soft hand gives you room to take another card.

02
What does double down mean?

You double your stake and receive exactly one more card before the hand ends. Most Blackjack Topplay cards allow it on any first two cards.

03
When is a hand a push?

A push is a tie — your hand and the dealer's total the same, so your stake returns to the wallet and neither side wins that round.

04
What is the shoe at a live table?

The shoe is the rack holding several shuffled decks. A live dealer draws from it by hand and reshuffles at a marked point, which resets any card counting.

05
What is a side bet?

An optional extra wager on something other than beating the dealer, such as a pair or a run of cards. It settles on its own, separately from the main hand.

06
What does sitting out mean?

Sitting out keeps your seat while you skip hands. You stay in the stream and can rejoin on the next deal without losing your place at the table.

Questions About the Blackjack Room

Most messages we get about blackjack are about sitting down, staying connected and getting money back out afterwards. The answers below cover those, in the order they usually come up. If your question is about one table's house rule, open that table's rules tab first — it answers quicker than waiting on a reply.

Log in, open the blackjack room and tap a table card to see its stake range and rules. Pick a seat, then confirm your chip amount from the account wallet.

Yes — the tables run in your browser with no separate app. On a weaker connection the video quality drops first, so the deal still keeps pace with your bets.

Live seats come from Evolution, dealt on a real table and streamed to your screen. RNG variants such as Blackjack Flip come from studio catalogues and run without a dealer.

The hand finishes on the server. Reopen the table and the result appears in your account history with the round ID, with the stake settled back to the wallet.

Yes. Move money into the account wallet with bKash, Nagad or Rocket, then buy chips at the table. Withdrawals return to the same wallet you used.

Access depends on your local law and eligible regions, so check what applies where you are. Any table not available to you simply will not show in the room.
